Half Back Rentals
The Headshots Toronto Half Back Rental program is designed to provide additional incentive to our rental customers looking to buy new equipment. By its very nature, this is an equipment-only program, not designed or intended to apply to consumable products. Here is a broad outline of the goods that are included, and not included under the Half Back Rental program:
Qualified Products:
- hardware, such as lenses, bodies, flashes, grips, filters
- lighting products, such as monobloc heads, packs, etc.
- all lighting support parts, such as flash tubes or modeling lamps
- support equipment such as tripods, stands, booms, etc
- long term memory, such as external hard drives, optical disk writers
Un-qualified Products:
- all media, including memory, papers, optical storage (CD, DVD)
- camera bags, cases, satchels, etc
- any items designated as Special Order Only, from any manufacturer
- all Apple products, including warranties
- all Jones House and Digital Solutions products/services
- all equipment repairs or extended (HELP) warranties
- gift cards, gift certificates or other non-monetary financial instruments
As well, it is important to understand the timeframes associated with Half Back Rental credits. Each rental customer has 30 days from the date of the COD or account invoice to transact the Half Back Rental credit in store. Credits do not necessarily need to be used individually and customers are welcome to accumulate several invoices and apply the aggregate credit at once. However, all qualifying invoices must be 30 days or younger to be used. Credits have no cash value other than to be applied in-store on qualified goods. Credits cannot be transferred and are only valid in the hands of the person in who’s name the Rental Contract was billed. In order to qualify, the customer is expected to present Headshots Toronto with ORIGINAL invoices, which will be copied and returned. Headshots Toronto will not reprint or research customers history in order to locate qualifying invoices.

To apply for the Headshots Advantage Card simply download the Headshots Advantage Card application, and fill it out. Bring the completed form into any Headshots location with two pieces of identification including an existing credit card for credit approval.
The Headshots Advantage Card can be used at all Henry’s retail locations including the Henry’s Outlet Centre for in-store and in stock items only.
